隱私政策
本政策說明 Polish Teaching Podcast Uploader 如何存取、使用、保存與刪除 Google 使用者資料。

1. 工具與負責人
Polish Teaching Podcast Uploader（以下稱「本工具」）是由「波蘭語隨身聽」頻道擁有者自行操作的個人桌面工具。聯絡信箱為 anneiusekai@gmail.com。
2. 存取的 Google 使用者資料
本工具使用 YouTube API Services。經使用者透過 Google OAuth 明確授權後，本工具可讀取所授權 YouTube 頻道的識別資訊（例如頻道 ID 與名稱）、影片中繼資料與處理狀態，以及播放清單與清單項目；也可上傳使用者指定的影片、建立播放清單及將影片加入播放清單。本工具不要求或接收 Google 帳戶密碼。
3. 資料使用目的
所取得的權限僅用於確認目標頻道、依使用者選擇的標題、說明、瀏覽權限與兒童內容設定發布華語與波蘭語教學影片、管理對應播放清單，以及防止同一檔案被意外重複上傳。每次 YouTube 寫入操作都必須由使用者明確啟動。
4. 儲存、傳輸與分享
OAuth refresh token 與上傳紀錄只保存在使用者自己的電腦。本網站沒有登入功能、資料庫、分析追蹤器或廣告程式，也不接收上述憑證。本工具不出售、出租或分享 Google 使用者資料給第三方；必要資料僅在使用者操作時直接傳送至 Google／YouTube API Services。
5. 保存、撤銷與刪除
本機 OAuth token 會保存至不再需要、使用者撤銷授權或自行刪除為止。使用者可從 Google 帳戶的第三方連結設定撤銷本工具權限，並刪除本機應用程式資料目錄中的 token 與上傳紀錄。撤銷授權或提出刪除要求後，本工具擁有者會儘快、且最遲在 30 個日曆日內刪除所保存的 YouTube API Data。影片與播放清單可由頻道擁有者在 YouTube Studio 中隨時刪除。
6. 安全措施
憑證不提交至原始碼版本庫；發布操作使用個別影片的本機紀錄避免重複上傳。若授權或上傳狀態不明，本工具停止寫入操作，直到使用者確認遠端狀態。
7. Google 隱私政策
Google 如何處理透過其服務取得的資料，請參閱 Google Privacy Policy。本工具對 Google 使用者資料的使用遵循 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 規定。
8. 政策更新與聯絡方式

Google user data disclosure
This personal desktop tool uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth to access the account owner's YouTube channel, upload owner-selected learning videos, and manage playlists. It accesses channel identity, video metadata and processing status, playlists, and playlist items solely to provide those functions. OAuth credentials and upload records are stored only on the owner's device; this website does not receive, sell, or share Google user data. The user may revoke access through Google security settings and delete local tokens and records. Following revocation or a deletion request, stored YouTube API Data is deleted as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
